Traditional Trahanas

“Trahanas” is literally crushed wheat mixed with milk. Traditionally, it is shaped into small pieces and left to dry in the sun.  The dried small pieces are boiled in water and enjoyed as soup. When you boil the “Trahanas” it forms a creamy like and salty porridge.
